Conway, AR — In May, the Conway Development Corporation hired T.J. Johnston as its second full-time employee. Johnston is working as a project manager. His responsibilities include designing and producing marketing materials as well as working on prospect materials. Johnston is also working on completing Conway’s certification for ACE (Arkansas Community of Excellence), a state program developed to recognize outstanding communities.

“We’re delighted to have T.J. He certainly has the ability to work with people,” said Bill Hegeman, President of the CDC Board of Directors. “He has a lot of background in communications and adds a lot of capability to our staff.”
