Chamber organizes second Connect Conway: Minority Entrepreneur Night

Minority entrepreneurs and business professionals gathered at UCA Downtown for the Conway Area Chamber of Commerce’s second Connect Conway event. Sponsored by Sandstone Real Estate Group, Connect Conway: Minority Entrepreneur Night featured presentations from local experts and gave four small businesses the opportunity to pitch their enterprises.

Denise Perry, executive broker for Sandstone Real Estate Group, shared helpful advice on what to look for when renting commercial property. She advised business owners to pay attention to the length of the lease and find out up front if insurance, property taxes, and maintenance costs are included in the rent.
